Loved White Collar.
I very much like the friendship between Neil and Peter. I thought the new episode was fun, had twists and a good bad guy. Very encouraging start to the new season. :)
Am intrigued by Eureka (again, SPOILERS!)
I must admit to wishing that Jack and Allison could be together. The new changes put a couple of speed bumps in the way, but hey I'm a fan of 'the love that endures obstacles.' I like the new guy from the past, Dr. Grant. And that little plot line does allow them to shake up the show and get rid of things they didn't like. Henry gets a wife, Allison's son is no longer autistic and Jo loses Zane. I'm a little blah about Tess, of course. Fargo as director! Usually resets annoy me but this is intriguing. Eureka was at a point where it was a duty to watch each ep, but I'm really looking forward to this new season. I like that there is a core group sharing a secret that if discovered could cause them all to be 'given puppies.' I do love Jo. I was really happy that Jack was so happy for her in her new job. Anyway, the writers did a great job in reorganizing the show. I'm impressed.
Haven and The Gates are proving to be difficult to concentrate on. I'll continue for now.
Doctor Who is both better and worse.
I absolutely hated what happened to Amy's fiancée. I did enjoy the first part of that two parter, but thought the second half very weak and then there was the whole thing with Rory. That really pissed me off--enough that I thought about not watching any further. Then, I really really liked the Van Gogh episode and thought it was wonderfully written. The Lodger was another one that was really good. I still get a shock from how the Doctor looks from certain angles but I think the 'new' show is coming together a bit now.
Persons Unknown was too irritating to continue with. Lost has totally ruined my tolerance for The Tease. I must watch some Twin Peaks as that was a mystery but I don't recall being so annoyed by that.
And season two of Being Human starts next week. I know that's old news to some of my flist, but it's new here. :)
