I was playing about with this wonder program and I buzzed on up to Vancouver to look at all the places I visited last March. I was delighted to find "Daniel's Apartment 1" and "Daniel's Apartment2" listed. I know they're off on the second apt. by a block and half; I don't know about the accuracy of the first one. They've also labeled Cheyenne Mountain as Stargate and Stargate SG1. Fans...if something can be used for fannish activities, we are so there!

I need to figure out how to label things and id "O'Malleys." Horizons is a great restaurant and is located in an wonderful place.

moonchildetoo I have YOU to thank for my obsession with this!

That is useful! We couldn't locate Apartment 2, we were in a hurry, but we saw lots of places.

And I totally agree. Horizons is a wonderful place. We saw a spectacular sunset from there and the food was great...

Ah, Vancouver is such a cool place!

Yeah...Good times. I'm looking forward to going back next month. This time, Bridge will be letting us take photos of the set. Nice! And I have to go back to Horizons, if only to have that maple creme brulee again!

Wow. You've done a wonderful job and it sure makes it easy to browse through Italy. Thank you for mentioning this.

Are those places marked in an overlay? And if so, which one? I'm poking at Vancouver at the moment and nothing like that is showing up...

Mwahahaha! Fun, innit? It is often off "a bit", from two buildings in my case to about a third of a mile for my niece's house in the country, that I've noticed so far. But if you know the terrain enough you're fine.

I'm still experimenting with labeling things myself. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I suppose that means I should pay attention when it does work!

It is in the overlay. Both are on that penisular of land attached to Stanley Park. Apt #2 is near the big white stadium that is GM Place, right next to the Plaza of Nations. Or...
