Ugh

After dragging myself through three busy nights at work where I was in close contact with very sick people (who insist on breathing and coughing on us to, what? prove they really are sick?) I succumb to the crud and have done little but sleep and cough and try to get warm for the past three days off. I called in sick for tonight. I do feel better, as I haven't actually managed to stay awake for more than 5 hours and, sensibly thinking, my immune system is impaired and leaves me open for other crud, I think it's better to stay home.

I'm filling up a disk on Hawaii shows that tivo has snagged for me. Good stuff.

I hope you feel better soon. Too often people feel they HAVE to go into work when they are contagious, and then it simply spreads to the rest of the workplace. Sigh.

In other news, Creation has a schedule outline up for the con. There's a new Cocktail Party on Thursday night (Chocolate welcome party will be Wednesday now), which requires a separate ticket. No price yet, but I'm thinking I'm probably not going to sign up.
