I saw the article at yahoo.com today and kind of felt like yelling at the computer, It's just another scam! and this is not a long term solution! the oil companies will continue to rise prices since everything is deregulated while not updating their refineries or building new ones. They are out to make a buck and that's about it. Also those protected lands were set aside for a reason...
