The calm in the midst of chaos

Having a quick bite before I continue on with bagging all the bottles of whatnot in the house and there's a bit left of the fridge left to do. Those manly men that will cover my house in a big bag will be here sometime after noon? Dare I hope?? I have to have everything done by then. The cats think we're nuts, but they'll be coming with us to stay at a hotel for two nights. There may be a net connection...for a hefty price I'm sure. There's always the coffee house/net cafe across the street....

Okay, I'll see you on Saturday sometime.

Oh, I forgot to say as we were running in and out of the house last night, Cutiepie showed up. Mom said, "Oh! Here she is," and walked into the house to get her some food...and Cutiepie was following behind her like an obedient dog, at least until she had her front feet a foot inside the doorway, then she paused and backed out again to wait patiently. We're planning on taking some kibble with us and returning both evenings to put out food and water for her.
