Apparently Peter Wingfield has been on the last two Sanctuary episodes and will be on the first two 24 episodes. 24 begins on Sunday.

Wow, he's still working? Like the icon says, who knew?

Sanctuary makes since, it's a Vancouver show (I assume it's filmed in Vancouver, since it supposed to have people from Stargate in it). I haven't watched the show and still won't.

24? He finally made it to 24? wow. He tried for a part several years ago, but there was evidently a problem with his work visa. Or something. He lost the part to Geraint Wyn Davies. GWD was killed off. Michael Shanks was on there, but didn't die. Wonder how long PW will last.

The Sanctuary episode before (or maybe it was two eps before), Jim Byrnes (?) the guy who played MacLeod's watcher, was in it as Helen Magness (AT's) dad. It's a regular Highlander reunion over there outside of the Stargate shoutouts. Kavan was in a couple eps too.

24 kinda began last week (last month) with this movie. Actually, the guy that's in the new Stargate series (which since I'm not a British fan all gaga over Carlyle, is what made me go "oh...they got that guy. Yeah, he was cool) was in that movie/premiere whatever. But yay! Wingfield's on tonight! Whoo hoo.

[Thinks a moment about sanctuary...remembers Chris Heyerdahl (as Jack/John, not Bigfoot) and realizes, yes this icon is appropriate for BOTH Sanctuary and 24.]

Peter looked *wonderful* in Sanctuary. This makes 3 episodes I've seen of that series; it's definitely a been-there-seen-that-read-that show. It makes good background noise while I do filing or fold up laundry.
