Cutiepie is still coming by, still with her 5 babies. They are leaving that little innocent fuzzball state, and becoming more cautious around us. It still reminds me of a raccoon version of the Hampster Dance on most nights when I look outside the door. Last night, I counted all 5 kids and couldn't find mom for a bit. Then I realized that the rectangular pot that I grow my herbs in was rather dark; she was sacked out in a bed of thyme, chamomile, oregano and tarragon, tiredly watching her brood 'interact' with the courtyard furnishings. A little later, I was able to use the digital camera to film them playing on the birdbath. Two were in the bath itself and three more were hanging by their fingertips; it reminded me of one of those Aussie bush hats with the corks hanging off the brim for some reason.

I should get them more toys. Maybe I'll get some action figures and then I'll get some shots of Mulder or Legolas being abducted by Giant Raccoons. That could be fun.
