...and is fine. William Shatner was one of the the participants in the Celebrity race. The race was supposed to go for 10 laps, but ended after 9 due to accidents. Shatner said, "I was watching with amazement as he passed me, not doing whatever I was supposed to do--I don't know what that was--and I hit the wall." Then he shrugged.

I saw this news story on two stations and they both just had to call him Denny Crane, with much fondness.
