I'm talking in generalities here or at least not revealing any good plot points.

Eureka: Yes the pretty was in it, but not nearly as much as I had thought he'd be. He had what, three short scenes? He was just there for exposition. It was cool that "Makepeace" was there, too. At least they had Michael looking damn hot. Now, this is a two part episode; will MS be in part two?

Reaper: Loved Ray Wise. I always thought his death scene in Twin Peaks was so damn awesome and poignant. It made me cry and my heart ache. It's really nice to see him again and I enjoyed his version of the devil. I can't help thinking of Brimstone, though. Same story, different dressing.

I hated the sidekick. I just despise that type of character. I was appalled at that 'joke' with the little dog jumping up against the car door. I almost turned it off, then. I didn't find that zamboni 'joke' funny, either. This is why I don't go to movies much anymore.

The lead is pretty nondescript but at least he wasn't inherently obnoxious--and I had assumed from the commercials that he would be. A pleasant surprise. Odd to think that the devil will be supplying in impetus for the lead to finally grow up.

Good enough to keep watching.

NCIS: They've changed the beginning, made it more serious. Oookay, now I know why they went for serious for the beginning. I like my NCIS to be quirky and fun, so now that we all know you-know- who is you-know-what, hopefully we'll be back to our normal tone.

It was good to see the team after all summer without them. This episode progressed as expected aside from you-know-what. I wonder if the girlfriend arc is totally done?

House: Again, this episode had a very interesting twist; I did not see this coming. But the part that delighted me most was the House/Wilson interaction and I lol when House opened that box. I know House gets on people's last nerve but I do find him outrageous and I do enjoy Hugh Laurie. And Wilson. And Cutty. *g*

Boston Legal (which is "90 mins" to our dling friends) : Wow. They really cleaned house. Alan, Denny and Shirley, with three totally new characters and bumping up Jerry and Clarence to regulars. Oooo! Carl Sack seems to have targeted Alan!

OMG, the Denny/Alan stuff is hysterical! That bit at the urinal was delightful. Poor, poor Alan! He is certainly in demand in this episode. *g* I was kinda rooting for Alan and Denny to go after Carl together but maybe things won't be so confrontational after all. I was VERY surprised by who ended up in bed with whom.

Boston Legal is the clear winner tonight. Good acting, interesting twists and it made me laugh out loud a half a dozen times.

Boston Legal was excellent, wasn't it? I have to admit to being uninterested in Alan's latest peccadillo, and the actress involved leaves me cold, but I warmed to Katie Lloyd almost instantly. Maybe it's the novelty of having someone with an English accent who's actually English? ;)

As always, much love for Denny and Alan. Much, much love. :)

I don't like Alan's old 'addiction' either, but I'm pretty sure we're not supposed to. I hope she sticks around about as long as 'the squid' did.
