I had a great time and learned lots of interesting things. Tempe is a happening place on Halloween. My hotel room was on the 4th floor overlooking a patio of a very busy bar. Luckily, I'm a night shift person. The thumpa-thump-thump-thumpa vibrations from the music did not keep me up at all. Thursday was spent trying to keep up with the rest of the class, then we went out to My Big Fat Greek Restaurant where we laughed and shouted "OPA!" every chance we could, while we were drinking Greekaritas. Friday my brain did indeed reach capacity by noon. *g* The trip home was without incident.

Now I've watched Boston Legal (Purr!), Moonlight (getting better) and SGA, which I quite liked. I HATE that Scifi if starting the show at odd times. Tivo seems to have missed the first minute or so. That is so annoying.

Gotta go to bed. Big day tomorrow.

That is a margarita but it had vanilla cream and orange juice in it. I have no idea if those are particularly Greek flavors but I don't care for Ouzo and decided to drink something silly sounding. *g*

Not that I can think of, though citrus would be more available in Greece than most parts of Europe.

I have to be in a mood for Ouzo.

I was convinced to try a couple more of the Moonlight episodes and I do find it's much better than the first one.

I actually found last night's SGA was very tense--much more a sense of danger and uneasiness than most times. I love amnesia stories and thought this one was excellent.

Guess who may be coming to Burbank in two weeks? I really wasn't planning to, but American Airlines just checked in with a great airfare, and a certain person we know can't be there and will sell me her front row ticket! Not 100% yet, but arrangements are falling into place pretty easily. If so, I'll see you there!

Michael with longish hair? Ooh, that's interesting. I've been away a couple days and am just getting caught up on lj--looking forward to the pics. Hmmm, perhaps I'll have to pay for a photo op?

Since you just went to the Farscape con, I got to thinking you might not be coming to the SG-1 con. Hopefully, you'll be there, too? I was looking forward to seeing you.
