...and here are the last four photos from that part of the trip. Next will be stuff near Drumheller and it couldn't be more different.

All the pix you've been sending are fabulous, but the "fall colors" one I particularly like. Brava!

Coming from another shutterbug, that's high praise. Thank you! :)

I was very pleased that the colors showed up. The saturation of the colors change so much with the exposure and since the daylight makes it so hard to check the photo, I just take a couple of different ones and hope one is in the ballpark.

It was subtle, but all the more effective for that, I thought.

You should make a photo book when you get back.

We should talk. I've yet to print out any digital photos. I don't know where to begin.

There are at least a couple of ways that don't involve do-it-yourself and aren't that expensive. Are you coming to S's in a couple of weeks?

Lovely! Did you get up to Lake Louise, or see the Inkpots?

Huh. Missed the Inkpots! I remember reading about them but I don't think we went down that particular road. Oh well, something to save for next time. *g*

Thank you. This area...it's like driving through a fantasy painting. It's so beautiful it doesn't seem real.

That's exactly how I felt when I went to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone - too beautiful to believe...

You're too kind. Look at the latest bunch of photos. It makes a difference when the subject is stunning to begin with...or not. *g*

Hey, are your trees turning yet? You should take the camera out when you take Maggie for a walk.
