It has topographical maps, and *aeriel* photographs of most the US. I of course, had to find my own house. From that I know when the photo was taken. I can see the moving van in front of the house next door, which I saw on May 26, 2004 when I drove off to the airport to fly to MediaWest last year. The detail is amazing.

That was a hoot! I did go to look at the aerial of my house, but it didn't load all that fast, so I gave up. Instant gratification, and all that. But it makes you wonder how often those spy eyes are up there...!

One's house looks very different from up above. I assume these were taken by plane, cause it would be too weird to think a satellite had done this.

I would have told the thing to load then go do some chore. *g* I'm so nosy.

I was having a lot of trouble reconciling the pic with what my building looks like, whether it was right side up, etc. I finally decided that where they have the marker (i.e. where *they* think my address is), is actually two or three doors down from my address.
