Without a Trace; can anyone tell me what the point of all that was?
I'm pretty much to the point of not liking Jack as a character anymore so either I was unwilling to pay enough attention to this episode to understand what was going on or it really was intelligible. I could go point by point about why I was confused by all that, but why? If there was a point to it, please enlighten me. I just can't imagine why they bothered to film this script.
Now, House was intriguing.
Cameron proved immediately why dating her teaching was a bad thing by immediately telling her peers about it (even though House had just asked her not to) and proceeded to boss them about, using and enforcing her elevated status her new relationship gave her. And then she got cheeky to House and Wilson, again flaunting her special status. I thought House's assessment of her needs brilliant and could we be so lucky that that puts the brakes on their romance? (pleaseohplease!)
And, of course, Wilson going to her to ask her not to fuck up House was very nice. So protective of his buddy! I think he must feel that that relationship won't last, so it seemed odd that he was prodding House with helpful dating hints.
Anyway, I'm a little more hopeful at this moment.
Wire in the Blood. Just in case people think I'm completely anti-ship, I'd just like to point out that I think Carol and Tony really ought to get together. Soon would be good. And I'm sure it would be just as entertaining as they are both such odd ducks. I'd like to see her cope with his strange little ways.

Date: 2005-05-13 09:57 am (UTC)Any time they focus on Jack or Sam, they lose me. They need to concentrate more on Martin, Vivian and Danny. And get rid of the psychologist, who I'm afraid is going to have a *relationship* with Jack. Ugh.
