Another exciting day :)

tenayaToday we took a 8 hour bus trip into Denali and saw lots of wild animals doing their thing with snow capped mountains and riotous autumn colors. We saw a momma grizzly and her two big cubs chasing off a wolf that was mildly harassing them, saw another set of 3 Grizzlies, and a big pair of the same. Two wolfs, one napping by the roadside, and a set of 4 near the momma bear. A bunch of Dall Sheep waaaaaaay high on the mountainside, 2 ptarmigan and an golden eagle. No mooses though. Oh well. The day was cloudy but we could see part of Denali up through the clouds. Awesome. Just a delightful day.
Oh, Bunny? The shopping was better today as we hit the 50% off, end of season stores.
On to Fairbanks tomorrow, then on Saturday, we go down to the sea in a ship, so to speak. A big honkin' ship....
